HBO “Revolution”

For the Series Finale of Game of Thrones, HBO wanted to create an image spot that felt like they were ending one chapter while starting a new one.

For years I’d played around with using the HBO static as a graphic technique and this image spot became the perfect vehicle for the technique. My motion test on the left was the inspiration for the finished piece above.
